Vehicular accident transpired at National Highway of Brgy. Buayan, Kabasalan, Zamboanga Sibugay at 11:30 AM of December 23, 2020, involving v-Isuzu elf and motorcycle described as: v- Isuzu elf, color white, bearing plate number ADN8167, driven by Mahadil Jala Dammang, 21 years old, male, single, and a resident of Mabuhay, Zamboanga Sibugay, while mc- raider single mc, color black, no plate number, driven by Jomark Angcon, 19 years old, male, and a resident of Brgy. Bulawan, Payao, Zamboanga Sibugay.
Initial investigation conducted disclosed that v-Isuzu elf and motorcycle (mc) was travelling in opposite direction and upon reaching at the place of accident, the v-Isuzu elf encroached to the opposite lane and accidentally bumped by the incoming mc.
As a result, the driver of mc sustained injuries on the different parts of his body and brought to Kabasalan Pathfinder Estate Hospital but was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician.
The driver of vehicle is unharmed, both vehicles incurred damages and was brought to Kabasalan Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.
