Police personnel of Dipolog City Police Station (CPS) led by Police Lt. Colonel Gilzen Niño R. Manese conducted drug buy-bust operation at Purok 7, Brgy. Biasong, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte at 12:00 AM of December 23, 2020. The operation resulted in the arrest of Virgil Saycon Vidal, 24 years old, male, single, college level, laborer, and a resident of Brgy. Biasog Dipolog City.
Confiscated items during the operation were 10 sachets of suspected shabu with estimated street value of ₱ 93,000.00 weighing more or less 5.5 grams and one piece of ₱ 500.00 bill as marked money.
Confiscated items were brought to Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Crime Lab Office for laboratory examination, while arrested suspect is now under the temporary custody of Dipolog CPS for proper disposition. (PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
