We sincerely apologize for the delay of the distribution of bills, since we are not using the read and bill system nowadays due to the non-availability of the thermal paper (because of the non-shipment from suppliers) used for electric bill. Currently, we are using the old forms of bill/ statement of account (as shown on the attached photo), of which individual consumption of consumers after reading are inputted/printed manually on the said form.

The reading had started last April 23 until April 29, 2020 and the distribution of bills had just started on April 30, 2020 and onwards.

Hence, rest assured that your bills will be delivered anytime soon. It takes approximately seven (7) days after the reading, that the distribution of electric bills will follow.
