  1. Patient 4431: A 71-year-old female from Barangay Mamad, Baliguian who developed general weakness last June 24, 2021. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on June 30, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently admitted and isolated.
  2. Patient 4432: A 30-year-old female from Barangay Ramon Magsaysay, Salug who developed cough last June 27, 2021. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on June 30, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently isolated.
  3. Patient 4433: A 59-year-old female from Barangay Ramon Magsaysay, Salug who developed cough and colds last June 27, 2021. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on June 30, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently isolated.

Patient 4438: A 62-year-old female from Barangay Villa Calixto Sudiacal, Liloy who developed headache, fatigue, fever and cough with shortness of breath and altered sense of taste last June 22, 2021. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on July 01, 2021 which yielded positive result, and patient died on the same day.
