A target-listed drug personality identified as Arnold Ferrer y Gaspar aka “Rolly”, male, 47 years old, married and a resident of Purok Campo Muslim, Brgy. Bacalan, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay is set to reunite with his son in jail after he was arrested by joint elements of PDEA Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Office, PIU/PDEU, Ipil Municipal Police Station and 2nd PMFC during a buy-bust operation conducted at Purok African Daisy, Brgy. Don Andres, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay on October 1, 2020 at around 12:30 PM.
It can be recalled that Ferrer’s son was also arrested early this year for the same reason as his – selling of illegal drugs.
Confiscated during the operation were more or less three grams of suspected shabu worth ₱ 20,400, black wallet, matchbox, cherry mobile phone, a bag of empty transparent plastic bags, black cap, pair of scissors, brown sling bag, remittance receipts, one unit piaggio and ignition key, driver’s license, ₱ 340 cash, and the buy-bust money.
Cases for violations of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of RA 9165 will be filed in court against the suspect.
