SURNECO E-Bill (Electronic Bill) Registration

What is E-Bill (Electronic Bill)?

It is the electronic version of the monthly billing statement of account that can be accessed via online portal or website, or sent to the customer through e-mail and/ or other electronic forms. Thus, this is an option given to consumers to receive electronic bills in lieu of paper bills.

How to register?

  1. Applicant must have an electric service connection (electric bill) UNDER HIS/ HER NAME, if not, shall secure a WRITTEN CONSENT (with affixed signature & ID) from the account owner;
  2. Applicant must provide an active e-mail address;
  3. Applicant must provide a photocopy or scanned copy of valid ID with affixed signature;
  4. Fill-up the E-Bill Registration Form (available for download at www.surneco.com.ph/pdf/surnecoebill.pdf or at SURNECO Main Office); and
  5. Submit the filled-up form together with other requirements to SURNECO Main office (Consumer Services Department) or email it (thru scan/picture) via surnecoebilling@gmail.com;
