PRO13 Regional Community Affairs and Development Division (RCADD) Chief PCOL RINGO C ZARZOSO conducted Pre-Validation on BIDA (Buhay Ingatan, Droga’y Ayawan) and KASIMBAYANAN (Kapulisan, Simbahan at Pamayanan) Accomplishments of Surigao del Norte PPO led by PCOL LAUDEMER M LAUDE, Provincial Director.
The activity was duly participated by Chiefs of Police of City and mainland municipalities, staff officers, BIDA and KASIMBAYANAN focal persons (physical) and Chiefs of Police of Island municipalities, focal persons (virtual) held at SDNPPO Conference Room on March 16, 2023 around 9:30AM.
