Camp Col Rafael C Rodriguez, Butuan City – Surigao del Sur Police Provincial Office (SDSPPO) bested other units of Police Regional Office (PRO) 13 with 95.60% in Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) for the month of March 2022.
Based on the data from the Regional Plans and Management Division, SDSPPO showed exemplary performance in police-community relations, operations, and administration.
Agusan del Norte Police Provincial Office ranked 2nd with 95.00%, followed by Agusan del Sur Police Provincial Office garnering 94.66% as the top 3.
UPER resulted from a consolidated rating given by each division of PRO13 and PNP Information Technology Project Office based on the established parameters.
PRO13 Director POLICE BRIGADIER GENERAL ROMEO M. CARAMAT, JR acknowledges every personnel for performing beyond the necessity in achieving this feat and challenges other PPOs to replicate or surpass SDSPPO.
On the other hand, SDSPPO director POLICE COLONEL JOSEPH B BOQUIREN promised to maintain their ranking by intensifying their anti-criminality campaign and peacekeeping efforts. The recognition shall serve as an inspiration among his troops to deliver the best service for the people in Surigao del Sur.
