The Surigao del Norte Police Provincial Office received Belgian Sniffing Dog from the office of Congressman Robert Ace S. Barbers, Representative of the 2nd District through Liza L. Monteros, Congressional Staff and Office Manager, today, February 10, 2021.
Provincial Director (PD) Police Colonel Noel C Espinoza expressed his utmost gratitude to the support extended by Cong. Barbers. The Belgian sniffing dog will enhance the operational capability of SDN PPO in its campaign to preempt lawlessness and criminality in important vital installations particularly the bus terminals, seaports, airport and other places of convergence.
“Truly, we are thankful to Cong. Barbers as we are one of the recipients of his congressional support,” PD Espinoza concluded.
