Day 1 of the 5-day training on basic fiberglass boat building for operators of boat tours in Barangays Day asan and San Isidro whose boats were wrecked by typhoon Odette.
The City Govt. thru the City Tourism Office in partnership with TESDA SDN wish to provide the participants the skills in boat building, as we intend that they would shift to fiberglass from the traditional wooden boats.
