Shooting incident transpired at Sitio Buntod, Brgy. Buenavista, Zamboanga City at 9:00 PM of September 26, 2020. The victim was identified as Seberino Lozada Alvarez, 50 years old, male, married, farmer and a resident of aforementioned place who was shot by unidentified suspect.
Upon received of the information, PNP personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 2 led by PCPT. Martin M. Baclayo, immediately preceded to the aforementioned place of incident. While thereat, victim was found lifeless lying on the floor with fatal wounds on his neck and upper right portion of his shoulder.
Moreover, investigation conducted revealed that an improvised shotgun was used by the unknown perpetrator in commission of the crime.
PNP personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 2 are now conducting thorough investigation to identity, locate and arrest of the fleeing suspect. (PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
