At about 6:00 PM of July 2, 2020 a concern citizen called Dapitan CPS informing that suicide incident transpired at Brgy. Banonong, Dapitan City. Immediately, personnel of the said station led by PCpl Manuel A Projo III proceeded on the said area.
Initial investigation conducted and disclosed that early in the morning of July 2, 2020 the victim EDUARDO RECAMARA DALMAN, 63 yo, male, single, jobless, a resident of above-mentioned place asked for medicine. Few hours later, the victim was called by Janine Ubandu (nephew) but no answer heard from the victim then Janine Ubandu instructed Raymark Magsalay (neighbor) to enter the window upon entering he saw a cable wire tied on the victim’s neck.
A Post mortem was conducted by Dr. Cataluña, CHO for the victim’s cause of death.
