Be informed that at about 2:00 PM of September 1, 2020, warrant and intelligence personnel of Dipolog City Police Station (CPS) led by PLTCOL. GILZEN NIÑO R. MANESE-COP, together with the personnel of Malaybalay City Police Station (CPS) led by PLTCOL. JERRY A. TAMBIS-COP conducted manhunt operation at Zone 2, Brgy. 10, Malaybalay, Bukidnon and arrested JUNARD ABREA TORBISO, 38 years old and a resident of Sitio Lubas, Upper Turno, Dipolog City.
Subject was arrested by virtue of Warrant Of Arrest for the crime of “MURDER” docketed under Criminal Case no. 15097, issued by YOLINDA C. BAUTISTA, of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 9, Dipolog City, dated October 5, 2009 with no bail recommended.
Arrested wanted person is now under the custody of Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.
