Be informed that at about 3:30PM of September 1, 2020, PNP personnel of Jose Dalman Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PSSg. Marcgil P. Marino conducted law enforcement operation at Brgy. Tabon, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte and arrested SATURNINO ALIGA BALLANO, 64 yrs old and a resident of said place.
Subject was arrested by virtue of WOA for the crime of “ESTAFA” docketed in Criminal Case No. 6112 issued by Judge CHERRY JOY C CONCHA-AGEAS, 9th RTC, Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte, dated August 28, 2020 with bail bond amounting to ₱ 40, 000.00.
Arrested wanted person is now under the custody of Jose Dalman MPS for proper disposition.
