Be informed that at about 10:00 PM of August 16, 2020 at Brgy. Motibot Sindangan. Zamboanga Del Norte, RA RID9 Zamboanga Del Norte, RA RID9 Zamboanga Sibugay, PNP personnel of Naga Municipal Police Station (MPS) and Sindangan Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PLT. NAJIB B. ALIP conducted joint manhunt operation that resulted to the arrest of Nilo Bitong Sumalpong, 58 years old, male, married, fisherman, a resident of Motibot, Sindangan. Zamboanga Del Norte, by virtue of warrant of arrest for Child Prostitution & Other sexual Abuse (Viol of sec. 5 (b), RA 7610) docketed under CC No. I-6737 dated Jan.19 2018 issued by Presiding Judge Vicente S. De la Plaza II, 9th JDCL Region, Branch 36, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay with bail recommended fixed at ₱ 200,000.00.
The said arrested person was properly turned over to Naga MPS form proper disposition.
