Be informed that at about 11:40 PM of January 5, 2021, 11 PNP personnel of Manukan Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PMAJ. VERGIL BRUCE D. DARIO-ACOP/TL conducted drug buy bust operation at Poblacion, Manukan, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the arrest of Joehnil Antiquina Ogong, aka “Jojo”, Street Level Individual, 25 years old (Date of birth: March 20, 1996), male, single, student, Roman Catholic, and a resident of Brgy. Poblacion, Manukan, Zamboanga del Norte.
Recovered from the suspect are as follows: 1 pc. of small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu (buy bust item); 3 pcs. of small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu (confiscated item); 1 pc. of cellular Android phone, color white and red, (“Samsung”); 1 pc. of disposable lighter, color green; 1 pc. of ₱ 500 bill buy bust money (serial no. CZ320622); 3 pcs. of ₱ 1,000 bill (₱ 3,000.00), 2 pcs. of 100 bill (₱ 200.00) and 2 pcs. of ₱ 50 bill (₱ 100.00).
Confiscated illegal drugs have a total estimated street value of ₱ 5,000 with estimated weight of 2.00 grams.
A case for violation of RA 9165 is being prepared for filing in court against the suspect.

Arrested suspect is now in the police custody of Manukan MPS while drug evidence are to be turn over to Zamboanga del Norte Police Crime Laboratory Office (ZNPCLO) and non drug are in the custody of the investigator on case.
