Be informed that at about 7:50 PM of January 5, 2021, PNP personnel of Liloy Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PMAJ. ROLDAN C. MOLATE-COP at Brgy. Fatima, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte served the 4 warrants of arrest against DONALD JOHN UY CAPILI by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for ESTAFA docketed under Criminal Case Nos. L-004075, 004076, 004077 and 004078 issued by Hon. Judge ANTHONY D ISAW, Presiding Judge RTC Branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, with bail bond amounting to ₱ 20, 000, ₱ 72, 000, ₱ 20,000 and ₱ 20,000 respectively.
Arrested person was released from the custody of Liloy MPS after posting the required bail and pursuant to Order of Discharge dated January 5, 2021 duly signed by Presiding Judge Anthony D. Isaw. (PLtCol. Charisse B. Yabo, Provincial Community Affairs and Development Unit Chief)
