Be informed that on or about 8:00 PM of August 10, 2020, Intelligence Operatives/City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) of Dipolog City Police Station (DCPS) led by PLT. KENT B. GUDMALIN-Intel Officer in coordination with PDEA9, conducted drug buy-bust operation at Sidlakan, Brgy. Upper, Dipolog City that resulted to the arrest of Allan Olasiman Antalan, Newly Identified Drug Personality, 41 years old (April 14, 1979), tricycle driver, vocational graduate and a resident of Purok Sidlakan, Brgy. Turno, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte.
Confiscated from the possession and control of the suspect were three pieces small size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (shabu); one piece big size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (shabu); one (1) pc Marlboro Cigarette pack color red/white – container of shabu; one piece Five Hundred peso (Php 500.00) bill bearing serial number RT567439 served as buy bust money.
Also declared in the presence of the witnesses and arrested suspect is one (1) piece small size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (shabu) bought by the poseur buyer from the arrested suspect as buy-bust evidence. Estimated street value of confiscated drugs amounting to Thirty thousand pesos (Php 30,000.00).
Suspect was brought to Provincial Crime Laboratory Office (SOCO) for drug testing together with the pieces of drug evidence for chemical examination and weighing at the said office while the non-drug evidence were safe keep at Dipolog CPS for court exhibit.
The arrested suspect was brought to the hospital for medical examination and now under the custody of DCPS pending filing of formal complaint.
Cases for violation of RA 9165 were being readied for filing in court against the suspect.
