Be informed that at about 7:40 PM of January 5, 2021 Siayan Municipal Police Station (MPS) received an information from the barangay officials of Poblacion, Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte that there was an alarm and scandal transpired at Sitio Calacas, Poblacion, Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte.
Immediately, PNP personnel of Siayan MPS went to the reported place and the suspects identified as ALBERTO ABAO SIBUCO, 54 years old, male, married, farming by occupation and MARVIN TAATA SIBUCO, 20 years old, male, with live-in partner, farming by occupation and both residing at Sitio Calacas, Poblacion, Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte were already apprehended by the barangay officials and properly turned-over to the responding team and the confiscated one piece knife from the possession Alberto Sibuco.
Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the two suspect were having a drinking spree and a heated arguments ensued between the duo that resulted into commotion and cause alarm to the public.
Arrested suspects are now in the police custody of Siayan MPS while the confiscated item was deposited to investigation section as evidence for proper disposition.
