Operatives of San Pablo Municipal Police Station conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Brgy. Buton, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 3:45 AM of July 1, 2020. This resulted in the arrest of Lexter Caparoso, Top-5 most wanted person municipal level of San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur, 26 years old, married, fisherman, and a resident of Sitio Lambayungan, Purok 2, Brgy. Buton, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur. He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime Of Rape (3 counts), docketed under Criminal Case Nr. 10735-2k12, 10736-2k12, and 10737- 2k12, dated June 18, 2013, issued by Presiding Judge, 9th Judicial Region, Regional Trial Court, Branch 22, Pagadian City with no recommended bail bond. Arrested accused is now under the temporary custody of San Pablo MPS for proper disposition.
Meanwhile, Josefina Municipal Police Station and Tambulig Municipal Police Station conducted police operation (service of arrest warrant) at Brgy. Bag-Ong Kauswagan, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 5:45 AM of July 1, 2020. This resulted in the arrest of Elmer Sodicta Maquiling, 28 years old, and a resident of Brgy. Bag-Ong Kauswagan, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for the Crime of Rape in relation to R.A. 7610, docketed under Criminal Case Nr. 2020-10-4041, dated June 10, 2020 issued by Acting Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur with no recommended bail bond. Arrested accused is now under the temporary custody of Tambulig MPS for proper disposition.
