Police operatives of Tambulig Municipal Police Station conducted police operation (implementation of warrant of arrest) at Purok 2, Brgy. Lower Lodiong, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 11:20 AM of August 27, 2020. This resulted in the arrest of Ray Dimavivas Marañon, 51 years old, male, married, farmer and a resident of Purok 2, Brgy. Happy Valley, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for Violation of Section 5 and 11, Article 2 of RA 9165, docketed under Criminal Case No. 2015-10-3028 and 2015-10-3029, issued by Hon. Joel G. Vercide, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur dated July 1, 2020 with no recommended bail bond.
