Operatives of Dipolog City Police Station conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Brgy. Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte at about 6:00 PM of August 27, 2020. The operation resulted in the arrest of John Francis Baes Perong, 19 years old, married, male, high school graduate and a resident of Victoria Country Homes, Obay, Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte. This is by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of Sec. 5, Art. II of RA 9165, docketed under criminal case No. 23643, dated January 15, 2020, issued by Hon. Jose Rene G. Dondoyano, Presiding Judge of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 6, Dipolog City, with no recommended bail bond.
Arrested accused is now under the temporary custody of Dipolog City Police Station for proper disposition. (PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
