PNP personnel of Mahayag Municipal Police Station in coordination with Malaybalay City Police Station (Bukidnon PPO) conducted police operation (implementation of warrant of arrest) at purok 7, Sitio Danao, Brgy. Kaangayan, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:45 AM of August 27, 2020. This resulted in the arrest of Allandrelo Bautista Tormis, 55 years old, male, married, farmer, and a resident of Purok 7, Sitio Danao, Brgy. Kaangayan, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur.
He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of rape, docketed under Criminal Case No. 17485-07m, issued by Presiding Judge, 10th RTC, Branch 8, Malaybalay City dated July 10, 2007 with no recommended bail bond.
Arrested accused is now under the temporary custody of Mahayag Municipal Police Station custodial facility and to be turned over to Malaybalay Municipal Police Station for proper disposition. (PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
