Operatives of CIDG Zamboanga Del Sur, PNP Maritime – Zamboanga del Sur and Vincenzo Sagun Municipal Police Station jointly implemented search warrant at Purok Lipunan, Barangay Lunib, Vincenzo Sagun, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 6:00 AM of August 13, 2020 with search warrant no. 106-2k20 for violation of RA 10591 issued by Executive Judge of RTC, Ninth Judicial Region, Multi-Sala Station, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur dated August 12, 2020.
The operation resulted in the arrest of Marcos Manggoray Salazar, 74 years old, married, male, businessman and resident of Purok Lipunan, Barangay Lunib, Vincenzo Sagun, Zamboanga Del Sur and confiscation of one-unit improvised shotgun with three pieces of live ammunition for 12-gauge shotgun and one-unit magazine assembly for 12-gauge shotgun.
Arrested person and confiscated items were brought to CIDG Zamboanga Del Sur for proper disposition.(PCPT. Edwin A. Duco Chief, Public Information Officer)
