Police operatives of Dinas Municipal Police Station, Zamboanga Del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company and Tangub City Police Station conducted joint law enforcement operation (service of warrant of arrest) at Purok Dos, Guinicolalay, Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur at about 10:30 AM of August 13, 2020.
The operation resulted in the arrest of Rey Ebaňez Kaamiño, 48 years old, married, and a resident of Purok Dos Brgy Guinicolalay, Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the Crime of Frustrated Homicide docketed under Criminal Case Number tc-2017-058 issued by Presiding Judge of RTC 10th Judicial Region, Branch 10 Tangub City, Misamis Occidental issued on November 8, 2017 with bail bond recommended amounting to Php 24,000.
He is now under the custody of Dinas Municipal Police Station and subsequently turned over to Tangub City Police Station for proper disposition. (PCPT. Edwin A. Duco Chief, Public Information Officer)
