PRO9 Has New Spokesperson And PIO

The Police Regional Office 9 (PRO9) has a new spokesperson and public information officer.

In an order dated July 24, 2020 signed by PCOL Neri Vincent D Ignacio, Chief of Regional Staff of Police Regional Office 9, PCPT Edwin A Duco was designated as the new spokesperson and chief of the PRO9 Public Information Office (PIO) effective Friday, July 24, 2020.

PCPT Duco replaces PMAJ Major Helen L Galvez,  who was reassigned to Director for Operations in PNP national headquarters, Camp Crame, Quezon City.

Prior to his appointment as Chief PIO and spokesperson of Police Regional Office 9, PCPT Duco was also the PIO of Zamboanga City Police Office.  (PRO9-PIO)
