Camp Col. Rafael C. Rodriguez, Butuan City– Alongside the unending commitment to capture suspects luring in Caraga through Manhunt Charlie, PRO13 Cops arrested 8 suspects on separate operations with two most wanted in provincial and city level yesterday, April 12.
REGIONAL DIRECTOR POLICE BRIGADIER GENERAL ROMEO M CARAMAT JR., of Police Regional Office 13 verified the accused as Regan Mayona Dugmocan, 28 years old and a resident of P-2, Consolacion, San Luis, Agusan del Sur, Top 3 MWP Provincial Level for violation of Murder by 10th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur under criminal case number 5729 with no bail recommended.
Dugmocan feloniously committed murder to alias Erik, struck the victim on the face with the use of undetermined hard object and stabbed the victim several times, on March 9, 2017.
On a joint operation of Surigao City Police Station and 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company Surigao del Norte, Hernie Ensomo Pacot, 36 years old, single, farmer and a resident of Sitio Gayas, Brgy. Sabang 3, Surigao City, Surigao del Norte, number 7 most wanted person City Level was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for Violation of RA No. 7610 “Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act” under criminal case number 14175 by Branch 32, Surigao City with bail bond of Php80,000.
Pacot was accused for victimizing a minor, thru feloniously inflicted physical harm by roughly carrying and forcefully dropping the minor in a canal and chasing with a bladed weapon which frightened and traumatized the victim, last October 2018.
On separate operations, Rommel Panares Buragay, 47 years old and a resident of P-4, Brgy. Poblacion, Sta. Josefa, Agusan del Sur was arrested for Violation of RA No. 9165 “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002”; Josephine Apole Acido, 53 years old and a resident of P-7, Brgy. Poctoy, Surigao City, Surigao del Norte was arrested for Qualified Theft; and Arnie Amistoso Amaro-PantallanO, 31 years old, Brgy. Kagawad and a resident of P-4, Brgy. San Vicente, Tubajon, Dinagat Islands was arrested for Theft.
Meanwhile, Allan Moster Pecante, 25 years old and a resident of Purok Sampaguita, Brgy. San Isidro, Mainit, Surigao del Norte was arrested for Direct Assault; Elmar Saballe Nueve, 26 years old and a resident of P-12, Brgy. Guadalupe, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur was arrested for Estafa; Jhon Rey Kharl Montederamos, 23 years old and a resident of P-21, Santan, Brgy. San Vicente, Butuan City was arrested of Wanted Person for Violation of City Ordinance.
