6 Drug Suspects Arrested in Drug Buy-Bust Operations in Zamboanga City
₱ 358,540.00 worth of Shabu was seized from 6 drug suspects in Zamboanga City in separate drug buy-bust operations conducted by police stations under Zamboanga City Police Office on March 27 and 28, 2021.
Amman Hajan y Sariul A.K.A.” Toh/Utoh” (considered as HVI), 35 years old, male, married, Filipino, construction worker, Elementary graduate, and a resident of Astorias, Jolo Sulu, and Fatima Bakki y Tahil, (considered as HVI) 50 years old, female, married, launderer, illiterate, and a resident of Bus-Bus, Jolo, Sulu were arrested by police operatives of Regional Drug Enforcement Unit 9 in a drug buy- bust operation at Pitogo, Barangay Sinunuc, Zamboanga City at about 01:00 AM of March 28, 2021. Confiscated during the operation were one (1) piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected Shabu weighing 50 grams, one (1) piece heat sealed transparent plastic containing suspected Shabu with a total weight of 50 grams with estimated street value of ₱ 340,000.00, one (1) piece black sling bag and one (1) piece Genuine ₱ 1,000.00 one thousand pesos marked money bill with serial no. UM483546 and one (1) bundle consisting of 84 pieces of one thousand peso bill bogus money all with serial no.UV287099. A case for Violation of R.A. 9165 was being readied for filling in court against the suspects.
Alexis Balagosa y Optana a.k.a. “Jung-jung Demonyo”, 31 years old, male, single, laborer, elementary graduate, and a resident of Barangay Talon-talon, Zamboanga City, was arrested by police operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 2 in an anti-illegal drugs operation at Bagong Daan, Barangay Talon-talon, Zamboanga City at 2:40 PM of March 27, 2021. Recovered from his possession were six (6) heat sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected Shabu with an estimated value of ₱ 3, 500.00 weighing 0.51 grams, one (1) folded paper, five (5) pieces empty transparent sachets, one (1) aluminum foil, one (1) lighter, one (1) small cut straw and two (2) pieces of ₱ 100.00 bill as marked money. He is now under the custody of Zamboanga City Police Station 2 in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered items will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for examination.
Franklin Pantaleon y Gildore a.k.a. “Dodong”, 36 years old, male, single, construction worker, elementary level was arrested by police operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 10 in an anti-illegal drugs operation at Sitio San Ramon, Barangay Talisayan, Zamboanga City at 4:30 PM of March 27, 2021. Recovered from his possession were five (5) heat sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected Shabu with an estimated value of ₱ 2, 040.00 weighing 0.3 grams, one (1) leather coin purse and two (2) pieces of ₱ 100.00 bill as marked money. He is now under the custody of the said police station in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered items will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for examination.
Aldam Alam y Alam a.k.a. “Dams”, 38 years old, male, single, habal-habal driver, high school graduate was arrested by police operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 5 in an anti-illegal drugs operation at Kalye Punta, Barangay Camino Nuevo, Zamboanga City at about 4:00 PM of March 27, 2021. Recovered from his possession were two (2) heat sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected Shabu with an estimated value of ₱ 10, 000.00 weighing more or less 1.47 grams and two (2) pieces of ₱ 100.00 bill as marked money. He is now under the custody of Zamboanga City Police Station 5 in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered items will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for examination.
Adzmar Sabdani y Abdah, 28 years old, male, married, laborer, no educational attainment, was arrested by police operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 4 in an anti-illegal drugs operation at Sitio Mulu-muluan, Barangay Mercedes, Zamboanga City At about 11:50 PM of March 27, 2021. Recovered from his possession were five (5) heat sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected Shabu with an estimated value of ₱ 3, 000.00 weighing 0.44 grams and two (2) pieces of ₱ 100.00 bill as marked money. He is now under the custody of the said station in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered items will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for examination.
