Top 3 Most Wanted Person of Tukuran, Arrested in Initao, Misamis Oriental
PNP personnel of Tukuran Municipal Police Station (MPS) (lead unit), together with Initao Municipal Police Station conducted law enforcement operation through service of warrant of arrest at Purok 2-A, Jampason, Initao, Misamis Oriental at 11:20 AM of July 6, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Hani Khan Jimenez Bada, 32 years old, single, factory worker, and a resident of Barangay Tawan-Tawan, Initao, Misamis Oriental. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest  for the crime of Rape in relation to RA 7610 (2 counts) docketed under criminal case nos. 14680-2K19 to 14681-2K19 issued by Hon. Analyn F Ramas-Costanilla, Acting Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 22, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur with no bail bond; and for the crime of Cyber Libel, docketed under criminal case nos. 36712 and 36711 issued by Hon. Gregorio V. Dela Peña III, RTC,  9th Judicial Region, Branch 12, Zamboanga City. He was turned-over to personnel of Tukuran MPS for proper disposition.
Farmer Found Dead Near Lokalok River in Siayan
An alleged stabbing incident transpired at Sitio Lokalok, Barangay Seriac, Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte at about 5:00 PM of July 6, 2021. Victim was identified as Winston Timtim Gargar, 61 years old, married, farmer, and a resident of Sitio Mauswagon, Barangay Seriac, Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte. Initial investigation disclosed that at about 7:00 PM of July 1, 2021, while the victim was on his way to his farm walking along the Lokalok river, he suddenly went missing. On July 6, 2021 at about 12:30 PM, the victim was found tied on his both hands from behind with the use of rope. He sustained several stabbed wounds in the different parts of his body allegedly from a bolo. According to the relatives, the handheld radio, flashlight and cellphone of the victim were missing. PNP personnel of Siayan Municipal Police Station is now conducting follow-up operation for the identity and arrest of the suspect/s.
CTG Member Surrendered in Dumingag
Joint personnel of Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Intelligence Team, Regional Intelligence Unit 9-IG, Dumingag Municipal Police Station, Regional Intelligence Division 9, 1st Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company, 902nd Maneuver Company-RMFB9, Provincial Intelligence Unit-Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Police Office, 1st Infantry Division-Philippine Army; and Municipal Task Force ELCAC of Zamboanga del Sur headed by Hon. Joan P. Abejuela facilitated the voluntary surrender of a CTG personality under Milisya ng Bayan under Guerilla Front BBC WMRPC and PSR listed under Regional Urban Committee, Western Mindanao Regional Party Committee at 1:45 PM of July 6, 2021. The surrenderee subsequently signed an Oath of Allegiance in the presence of Municipal Mayor Joan P. Abejuela, Solemnizing Officer. The surrenderee was released by Dumingag Municipal Police Station in good physical condition under the custody of Hon. Jeffrey Señara Sr, Punong Barangay of Barangay Saad, Dumingag Zamboanga del Sur for further community reintegration.
Man Arreested in Drug Buy-Bust Operation in Recodo
Station Drug Enforcement Team of Zamboanga City Police Station 7 conducted anti-illegal drugs operation at Barangay Recodo, Zamboanga City at 10:30 PM of July 6, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Wilson Abduhari y Asdi, 25 years old, male, single, elementary graduate, and a resident of Kalinaw Drive, Barangay Sinunuc, Zamboanga City. Recovered during the operation were four (4) sachets of suspected Shabu with an estimated value of ₱ 89,080.00  weighing 13.1 grams and one (1) bill of ₱ 100.00 marked money. He is now under the custody of Zamboanga City Police Station 7 in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered sachets of suspected shabu will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for examination.
Murder Suspect Arrested in Buug
PNP personnel of Buug Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted law enforcement operation through service of warrant of arrest at Purok 23, Poblacion Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 6:00 AM of July 6, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Celso Buyco Larida, male, 43 years old, married and a resident of Purok 23, Poblacion Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay. The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Attempted Murder docketed under criminal case no. 2021-044, dated April 21, 2021, issued by Hon. Ruben Nicasio Bance, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, Branch 29, 9th Judicial Region, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur, with recommended bail amounting to ₱ 120,000.00. He is now under the custody of Buug MPS for proper disposition.
Man Arrested in Drug Buy-Bust Operation in Sindangan
Intel operatives of Sindangan Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted joint drug buy-bust operation at Barangay Nipaan, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte at 11:30 AM of July 6, 2021 which resulted in the arrest of Rito Inding Tan, 32 years old, male, married, Filipino, utility worker of DPWH and presently residing at Barangay Siparok, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte. Recovered/seized items from the suspect were the following pieces of evidence: one (1) piece heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as Shabu as buy bust item; two (2) pieces heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as Shabu; One (1) cut rolled aluminum foil; and one (1) piece genuine five hundred peso (₱ 500.00) used as buy bust money. The recovered/seized substance has an estimated weight of one (1) gram with an estimated value amounting to six thousand eight hundred pesos (₱ 6,800.00). Suspect was brought to Sindangan District Hospital for medical examination then to Sindangan MPS for filing of appropriate charges to Court.
