Daanglugsod, Katipunan, ZN that resulted to the arrest of Jay Guard Tanggapa Espejo, 26 years old, DOB: April 22, 1994, POB: Daanglungsod, Katipunan, ZN, male, single, Service Advisor – Odyssey Motors, Quezon 1, Miputak, Dipolog City, College Graduate, Filipino and a resident of Purok 3-B, Brgy. Daanglungsod, Katipunan, ZN by virtue of Warrant of Arrest charge for violation of RA 7610 – Special Protection of Children against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act, (Anti-Child Abuse Law) docketed under Criminal Case No. 24530, duly signed and issued by Jose Rene Gallemit Dondoyano – Acting Presiding Judge, Branch 7, Regional Trial Court, Ninth Judicial Region, Dipolog City dated January 21, 2021 with bail for the temporary liberty of the accused fixed at Eighty Thousand Pesos (₱80,000.00). Kalawit MPS- Be informed that at about 8:00 AM of January 27, 2021, personnel from Kalawit MPS led by PEMS Rex Rubio, MESPO, conducted OPLAN KATOK at Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries of Marcelo Cooperative (ARBEMCO), Brgy. Marcelo, Kalawit, ZN. As a result, at about 10:40 AM of same date, Mr. Julie N. Hermano – Chairman ARBEMCO, male, 37 years old, married and a resident of Brgy. Marcelo, Kalawit, ZN came to Kalawit MPS and personally turn-over/surrendered their companies firearm without license one (1) unit Garand Rifle with serial # 1279460 without magazine and ammunition. Said riffle was duly received by PEMS Rex Rubio – MESPO/Supply PNCO of Kalawit MPS for safekeeping purposes.

Vehicular Traffic Incident
Godod MPS- Be informed that at about 12:15 PM of January 27, 2021, PSSg Michael E Su – Intel PNCO, received an information from concerned citizen that a vehicular traffic incident transpired at Purok 4, Sarawagan, Godod, ZN. Upon receipt of the said information, he immediately informed Godod MPS regarding the said incident. At about 12:20 PM of same date, PNP personnel of the said station led by PMSg Jeymor Q De Gracia together with PSSg Ramil S Tequil – Asst. Invest PNCO, PSSg Noaralyn G Tamula – WCPD PNCO, and PSSg Rasid B Mohammad – Operation responded the said incident on board Toyota Hilux patrol vehicle.Initial investigation conducted disclosed that at about 10:40 AM of January 27, 2021, while the Jason Montallana Gatchalian, 31, single, driver and resident of Liguac, Salug ZN traversing the road from Purok 5, Sarawagan, Godod, ZN going to Salug Municipality with his driven orange Kia Bongo with temporary plate no MAB 2688, the victim, JEREMY MANIRA, 5 years old, male and a resident of Sarawagan, Godod ZN suddenly crossed the road which resulted to the victim being hit by the driven vehicle of the Jason Montallana Gatchalian.The said driver voluntarily surrendered to Hon. Antonia C. Zamoras, Barangay Captain, Sarawagan, Godod, ZN and is now under police custody of Godod MPS for proper disposition while the victim was rushed to Dipolog City for medical treatment due to several injuries sustained.

Postigo, ZN by virtue of Warrant of Arrest charged for Illegal Use of Public Funds docketed under Criminal Case No. 3966, issued by Jerry B. Patcho – Presiding Judge of 6th MCTC, Labason-Gutalac-Kalawit, ZN, dated December 22, 2020, with Bail Bond recommended amounting to Eighteen Thousand Pesos (₱18,000.00) for her temporary liberty. The accused is now under the custody of Labason MPS for proper disposition.

Siayan MPS- Be informed that on or about 1:00 PM of January 27, 2021 PNP personnel of Siayan MPS led by PLT VICENTE H SALAVERIA III continuously conducted barangay visitation re “Oplan Katok” to the populace and possible firearms holder of Brgy. Muñoz, Siayan, ZN.As a result, at about 2:00 PM of January 27, 2021, Hon. Jimmy Bawasan Dagandalan Sr., 48 yo, male, married, Barangay Councilor of Brgy. Muñoz, Siayan, ZN voluntary turned-over one (1) unit 12GA homemade improvised rifle locally known as “Pogakhang” which was surrendered by his constituent after intensifying campaign against loose firearms to the said place. Said firearms was received by PSSg Renante S Canastra – Operation PNCO and now temporarily deposited at Supply Room of the said station for proper disposition.

Report on Motor Vehicle Non-Traffic/Road Crashed Incident
Be informed that more or less 2:30 PM of January 27, 2021, a motor-vehicle non-traffic/road crashed incident transpired along the National Highway of Soguilon, Siayan, ZN, wherein the victim identified as PVT JAYMAR TORREJAS CAJES, 25 years old, male, single, member of Philippine Army, presently assigned at 551 Engineering Batallion based at Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur and a resident of Concepcion, Danao, Bohol, with helmet and No OR/CR and Driver’s License presented. After receiving the report, alert team of Siayan MPS together with the duty traffic investigator responded and proceeded to the place of incident to verify the veracity of the report and upon arrival of the said team, the victim together with his driven motorcycle were in the drainage canal and rescued by the responding team together with his companion then immediately brought to Siayan Diagnostic Center for immediate medical treatment but pronounced dead on arrival (DOA) by the attending physician Dr. Raymund Nadela. Initial investigation conducted by the responding PNP elements of Siayan MPS disclosed that, based on the testimony of the victim’s companion, while they were travelling from Sindangan (West) heading towards Dumingag (East) and upon reaching at Brgy. Soguilon, Siayan, ZN, they noticed that the victim was not following them, which prompted them to go back and locate the victim until they discovered it at around 3:00 PM of same date the victim together with his driven motorcycle fell into the drainage canal of the road that resulted to his instantaneous death and incurred damaged on the said motorcycle. The cadaver of the victim was properly turned-over to his Company Commander 1 LT ABDULHAMID A DIZAL (CE) PA while the motorcycle was brought to Siayan MPS for proper disposition.

Rizal MPS– Be informed that at about 6:30 PM of January 27, 2021, Mr Joseph Villas Dimasuhid, married, farmer, 36 years old and a resident of Brgy. Birayan, Rizal, ZN came to Rizal MPS and voluntarily surrendered his unregistered firearm described as one (1) unit cal. 38mm revolver with six (6)live ammos.Surrendered firearm was received by PSSg Ronald Lalangan and is now under the custody of Rizal MPS.

Tampilisan MPS- Be informed that at about 6:00 PM of January 27, 2021, PNP elements of Tampilisan MPS led by PMAJ ARCELITO H DERAMA – ACOP, conducted OPLAN KATOK KONTRA BOGA at Prk Verbina, Brgy. Poblacion, Tampilisan, ZN purposely to visit firearms holder who fails to renew license to possess firearms. As a result, at about 7:45 PM of same date one Archille Alonday Corrales, 26 year old, single, fruit vendor and a resident of Prk. Verbina, Brgy. Poblacion, Tampilisan, ZN personally turn-over/deposited his private property firearm for safekeeping described as Pistol, Caspian, cal. 45, with serial number 926180. Said firearm was received by PCpl Celbert T Berjame – Investigator and subsequently conducted documentation for proper disposition.

Sibutad MPS- Be informed that at around 9:20 PM of January 27, 2021, Intel Operatives of Sibutad MPS, led by PSSg Dennis M Bejarin, together with PCpl Venjie C Sangcom and PCpl Harld T Ageas, conducted Intel driven operation against wanted persons at Purok 1-B, Brgy. Sipaloc, Sibutad, ZDN, that resulted to the arrest of one Leonil Mark Cais Cadavedo, 19 years old, (DOB: April 15, 2001), male, single, a resident of said place by virtue of Warrant of Arrest charge for the crime of Rape docketed under Criminal Case Number 24515, issued by Acting Presiding Judge Jose Rene G. Dondoyano, of RTC, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City, ZN, dated January 7, 2021, with no bail bond recommended for his temporary liberty. That after the arrest of the accused, he was appraised of his constitutional rights in the dialect he understand as well as his right under RA 9745. Said person is now under the custody of Sibutad MPS for proper disposition.

Dapitan CPS- Be informed that at about 9:20 PM of January 27, 2021, CDET of Dapitan CPS led by PSSg Dexter Labisig conducted buy bust operation on illegal drugs at Purok Mangga, Brgy. Larayan, Dapitan City that resulted to the arrest of one Jerome Dagpin Paglinawan, (Newly reloaded) 34 yo (DOB: Nov 17, 1986), male, single, a resident of Brgy. Larayan, Dapitan City. Confiscated during the operation were one (1) pc transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu (buy-bust evidence); One (1) pc ₱500.00 bill with SN K394272 as marked money; one (1) pc transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu; one (1) big transparent plastic sachet containg white crystalline granules believed to be shabu; and one (1) pc cut paper used as wrapper. Estimated street value is ₱5,440.00 with estimated weight of 0.8 grams.

Liloy MPS- Be informed that at about 2:45 AM of January 28, 2021, a concerned citizen called liloy MPS thru cellphone that there was a vehicular incident transpired at the National Highway of Brgy. San Francisco, Liloy, ZN involving two (2) motor vehicles describe as follows:Veh 1- Red and black combination EURO 125 Motorcycle with Temporary Plate No. 0901-0390819 driven by Rodjard Rabor Cabilin, male, Filipino, 18 years old, a resident of Brgy. Punta, Liloy, ZN with two (2) back riders namely Nelson Basay Lano-an, male, 21 years old and Jasmin Atis Anda-as, female, 21 years old, single.Veh 2- Red and black combination Suzuki Raider 150 Motorcycle, no plate number attached driven by Christian Dimasuhid Lastimoso, male, 21 years old and a resident of Brgy. San Francisco, Liloy, ZN.Initial investigation revealed that both vehicles were travelling from Brgy. Overview, Liloy, ZN going to their respective residence. Veh 1 was ahead of Veh 2 and upon reaching at the place of incident, Veh 2 accidentally hit the right portion of Veh 1 causing to both of them stumbled to road. Both drivers and the back riders sustained injuries in different parts of their body and immediately brought to Liloy Integrated Health District Hospital for medical treatment. While the two vehicles were brought to Liloy MPS for proper disposition.

Liloy MPS- Be informed that at about 3:10 AM of January 28, 2021, a concerned citizen called Liloy MPS through cellular phone and reported that there was a self-vehicular incident transpired at the national highway of Brgy. Fatima, Liloy, ZN of a certain Jayson Saad Ras (driver), 20 years old, male, single and a resident of Brgy. Baybay, Liloy, ZN.Initial investigation conducted disclosed that at about 1:00 AM of same date, Jayson Saad Ras while running on board in his single motorcycle Red and black combination Suzuki Raider 150, bearing plate number KT 9026, overshoot at the curve portion of the highway and stumbled to the side pavement of the road. Immediately thereafter, the driver was brought to Liloy Integrated Health District Hospital by the responding LDRRMC for immediate medical treatment. However, it was declared DOA by the attending physician Dr. Joseph Lim.
