Philippine Institute Of Development Studies To Hold Webinar Series On Key DILG Programs

Davao City:  The Philippine Institute of Development Studies (PIDS) will be conducting a series of seminars to disseminate to the public the results of their assessments of the impact of some of the DILG (Department of Interior and Local Government) key programs.

The DILG key programs included in the PIDS webinar are, Local Government Support Fund, Assistance to Municipalities (LGSF-AM), Performance Challenge Fund- Seal of Local Governance (PCF-SGLG) and the Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS).

“Baseline Study on the Policy and Governance Gaps for the LGSF-AM Program (DP 2020-03) “ will be held on July 16, 2020 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

“Assessment of the Performance Challenge Fund and the Seal of Good Local Governance: Perceptions from Municipalities (DP 2020-05)” is scheduled on July 30, 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

“The Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) as a local planning tool (DP 2020-07)” will be held on August 30, 2020, 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Interested partners in development are invited to participate in the webinars and are advised to register online via Google Forms through bit.ly/PIDSDILGWebinarSeries.

The PIDS will be providing confirmed participants the guidelines and the meeting links for each of the webinars before the event. (PIA/RG Alama)
