Two drug personalities were arrested by joint anti-drug elements of PDEA Camarines Sur PO, PDEA Camarines Norte PO and Naga City Police Station 3 after selling suspected illegal drugs to a PDEA Agent who acted as poseur-buyer in a buy-bust operation on August 18, 2021 at San Jose St., Barangay Peñafrancia, Naga City.
The suspects were identified as Clarence Talagtag y Nisolada, 55 years old, farmer and Reynaldo Tindugan y Nuñez, a.k.a Rene, 62 years old, both residents of Barangay Peñafrancia, Naga City.
Confiscated from the suspects were one (1) piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet and one (1) piece knot tied transparent plastic bag, containing Shabu weighing 57.6965 grams worth ₱ 392,336.20.
The suspect will face charges for violation of Sections 5 and 11 Article II RA 9165, otherwise known as The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
