Around 100 families of identified and withdrawn children engaged in labor activities in Tigbao town receive “bundles of joy” containing school supplies, slippers, Mana packs, and hygiene kits under the Department of Labor and Employment’s (DOLE) Project Angel Tree today, December 14.
The event also featured a Cultural Appreciation Show – Salinlahi ng #BatangMalaya, aimed at fostering awareness and appreciation of children’s rights and heritage. This activity is part of the 2024 National Children’s Month celebration which emphasizes the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for every child to thrive.
