The Provincial Local Government Unit (PLGU) of Zamboanga del Sur is delighted to announce the issuance of a No Objection Letter 1 (NO1) for a significant infrastructure initiative under the Department of Agriculture’s Philippine Rural Development Project Scale-Up (DA-PRDP Scale-Up).
The approved subproject involves the upgrading and concreting of the NRJ Poblacion Guipos-Singclot-Sagacad-Dongos-Old Mirapao Farm-to-Market Road (FMR) with a bridge, traversing the municipalities of Guipos and Dinas.
This transformative project, valued at ₱313,045,000.00, is poised to enhance transportation access, improve agricultural productivity, and uplift the lives of farmers and residents in the area.
The PLGU headed by Gov. Victor J. Yu together with Cong. Divina Grace C. Yu and Dinas Mayor Eleazer Asoy extend their gratitude to the DA-PRDP for its support and is committed to ensuring the successful implementation of this vital development project.
