Region 9 – DILG Regional Office-IX was conferred with PRIME HRM-Bronze Award for having implemented its human resource management systems according to documented processes, and thereby achieving a process-defined HRM in the four core HRM systems under the Enhanced Program to Institutionalized Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) of the Civil Service Commission.
The CSC Regional Office-IX sent representatives today, October 26, 2021, from the Civil Service Commission Provincial Office of Zamboanga Del Sur, in the person of Director Sarah L. Amores-Batoy along with her colleagues who came personally to the Regional Director’s Office of DILG Office-IX to give the award to DILG Regional Director PAISAL O. ABUTAZIL, CESO III together within one frame, the Human Resource Management Officer and the Chief Administrative Officer and was witnessed with the two visitors from DepEd Regional Office-IX Chief of Human Resource Development Division, Mrs. Marietta R. Anhaw and the Chief Education Supervisor Policy Planning and Research Division, Mr. Ruel A. Saldua.
