“Through CSIS, we aim to gather valuable feedback from our constituents,” emphasized LGOO VII Jose Ruel D. Trobanos, LGMED Chief. “This will allow us to tailor our services and address their needs more effectively.” Following his message, LGOO V Ronie Jade C. Biosada provided an overview of the program, explaining how it utilizes citizen perception to measure satisfaction with various government services and ways to improve the LGU’s service quality.

CLGOO Maribel C. Estoquia introduced the Local Resource Institute (LRI) from Saint Columban College, a partner of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), for the CSIS survey. The LRI team presented the selection criteria for participating barangays, the sampling method, the service areas covered by the CSIS tool, and provided an overview of the tool itself. They also outlined the schedule for upcoming data collection visits. To ensure smooth data collection, a workshop followed for Department Heads. This workshop delved deeper into the specific services offered within each PPAs across the service areas, effectively linking them to the corresponding questions in the CSIS survey.
