The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), through the Rural Agro-Enterprise Partnership for Inclusive Development (RAPID), holds a groundbreaking ceremony today, November 8, for the improvement of the Bulawan to Sayog Farm-to-Market Road (FMR) in Lapuyan town. The project, valued at P22.5 million, includes a three-barrel box culvert to enhance connectivity.
This initiative is a key component of DTI’s commitment to strengthening agricultural value chains in critical rural areas. The DTI-RAPID program supports inclusive economic growth by promoting agro-enterprise development in communities across the country.
