Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur – Arrest of one individual during drug buy-bust operation at around 4:30 in the afternoon of June 4, 2024 at Purok Santan, Barangay Sta Maria, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur.
Station Drug Enforcement Team (SDET) of Pagadian City Police Station together with the personnel of RID 9, and 902nd MC conducted a joint illegal drugs buy-bust operation that resulted in the arrest of one male, 19 years old and a resident of Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, drug personality – Street Level Individual dated June 4, 2024.
Confiscated during the buy-bust operation were the following;
a) One (1) piece of large-size Zip Lock cellophane color black containing Dried Leaves believed to be “Marijuana” as buy-bust evidence.
b) One (1) unit iPhone 6 android cellular phone color rose gold.
c) One (1) piece lighter color red.
d) One (1) piece One Thousand Peso Bill (Php 1,000.00) buy bust money.
The suspect was brought to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center subject for medical/physical examination while the confiscated/seized drug evidences were turned-over to PDEA Chemistry Laboratory situated at Regional Center, Barangay Balintawak, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur for quantitative and qualitative examination as well as the suspect which is subject for drug testing examination.
Suspect was further brought to Pagadian CPS temporarily held under protective custody while an inquest case for Violation of R.A. No. 9165 as amended by R.A. No. 10640 otherwise known as the “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002” is being prepared.
