In the remote villages of the municipality of Kibungan, continuous marijuana eradication operation of Benguet police resulted to the destruction of more or less 62,170 pieces of fully-grown marijuana plants, 125 pieces of marijuana seedlings and 30 kilos of dried marijuana stalks with a total estimated Standard Drug Price of Php 16,039,000.00
In a separate ceaseless marijuana eradication operation in the municipality of Bakun, police operatives discovered and destroyed more or less 16,150 pieces of fully-grown marijuana plants with a total estimated Standard Drug Price of P3,230,000.00 in three different plantations sites in Brgy. Kayapa.
All marijuana plants were uprooted and burned on-site.
