A newly identified drug suspect was arrested by drugs enforcement unit of Zamboanga City Police Station 2 in an anti-illegal drugs operation at Sitio Sibictol, Brgy. Arena Blanco, Zamboanga City at about 7:40 PM of November 22, 2020. PCPT. Martin M. Baclayo, Station Commander identified the arrested suspect as Abdurahman Y. Sarangan, 36 years old, male, married, ukay-ukay vendor, college level and a resident of Porcentro, Brgy. Tumaga, Zamboanga City, newly identified drug personality.
Recovered from her possession were three (3) heat sealed plastic sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated DDB value of ₱ 3, 000.00 weighing more or less 0.08 grams and two (2) bills of ₱ 100.00 (₱ 200.00) as marked money.
He is presently under the Zamboanga City Police Station 2 custody in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered items will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Lab Office. (PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
