A driver who was wanted for the crime of murder was arrested by police operatives of Regional Intelligence Unit 9, Molave Municipal Police Station (MPS) and Sta. Teresita Municipal Police Station, Batangas Police Provincial Office during joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok Mabini, Brgy. Maloloy-on, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur at 4:45 PM, December 21, 2020.
Arrested was Randy Magbanua Magsino, 47 years old, married, Business driver and a resident of Purok Mabini, Brgy Maloloy-on, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur.
He was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Murder docketed under Criminal Case No. 79-2001, issued by Hon. Benjamin P Martinez, Executive Judge, RTC, 4th Judicial Region, Branch 86, Taal, Batangas, dated January 7, 2005 with no bail bond recommended.
He is now under the temporary custody of Molave MPS for commitment to court.
