MILITARY HONORS RENDERED TO PILOTS AND CREW OF THE UH-1H CHOPPER THAT CRASHED IN BUKIDNON

The 4th Infantry Division Philippine Army and Tactical Operations Group 10, Philippine Air Force, render military honors to the pilots and crew of the UH-1H chopper that crashed in Impasug-ong, Bukidnon yesterday, January 16. Separate honors were also rendered to the Army and CAA personnel who perished in the same incident while performing their duties in the campaign against the CPP-NPA Terrorists in Northern Mindanao.

MGEN ANDRES C CENTINO, Commander of 4ID and JTF-Diamond, is sending his condolences to the bereaved families of the soldiers and CAAs. He assures them that necessary assistance and appropriate benefits will be extended to the dependents.

Patay ang pito ka mga sakay sa helicopter nga nahagsa sa Barangay Busdi Malaybalay City/Bulonay Impasog-ong Bukidnon alas 2:00 sa hapon, January 16, 2021.

Ang mga namatay giiliang sila si Ltc Arnie Arroyo, taga Zamboanga City, ang piloto sa UH-1H helicopter, 2Lt. Mark Anthony Caabay-co-pilot; crew nga sila si A1C Stephen Aggarado PAF, Sgt Mervin Bersabe PAF, Sgt. Julius Salvado PA, CAA Jerry Ayukdo ug CAA Jhamel G. Sugalang.

Ang UH-1H Air Force helicopter nagpahigayon og resupply mission alang sa 403rd Brigade Philippine Army sa Malaybalay, Bukidnon sa dihang nag-malfunction ang makina niini hinungdan sa pagka-hagsa. (4ID | RPN DXKS)
