PNP personnel from 1st Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company and Bayog Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok 5, Sitio Lawaan, Brgy. Lourdes, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur at about 8:00 AM of August 30, 2020. This resulted in the arrest of Diosdado T. Tampugao, 54 years old, male, married and a resident of Brgy. Kahayagan, Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur.
He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for Crime of Rape in relation to RA 7610, docketed under Criminal Case No. 14427-2k19, issued by Hon. Analyn F. Ramas-Costanilla, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 22, Pagadian City with no recommended bail bond.
He is now under the temporary custody of Bayog MPS for proper disposition.
