PNP personnel of Dimataling Municipal Police Station (MPS) together with personnel from 2nd Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company, Calamba Municipal Police Station (MPS) (Misamis Occidental) and RMFB10, conducted joint police operation (implementation of warrant of arrest) at Brgy. Balanagan, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 4:30 PM of August 30, 2020. This resulted in the arrest of Jerry Castillon Aralquez, 41 years old, married, farmer and a resident of Balanagan, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur.
This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for Crime of Murder, docketed under Criminal Case No. 1174, issued by Hon. Roy P. Murallon, Branch 36 Of 10th Regional Trial Court of Calamba, Misamis Occidental Dated October 20, 2016 with no recommended bail bond.
Arrested accused was brought to Dimataling MPS for documentation and subsequently turned over to personnel of Calamba MPS for proper disposition.
