Police personnel of Dumalinao Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted police operation (service of arrest warrant) at Purok Tubo, Brgy. Tubo-Pait, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur at 11:30 PM of October 7, 2020. The operation resulted in the arrest of Junafer Larutin Balmadres, 24 years old, single, farmer and a resident of Purok Tubo, Brgy. Tubo Pait, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Rape in relation to R.A. 7610, docketed under Criminal Case No. 15191-2k20, issued by Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 22, Pagadian City dated September 21, 2020 with no recommended bail bond.
He is now under the temporary custody of Dumalinao MPS for proper disposition.
