Police personnel of Margosatubig Municipal Police Station, Zamboanga del Sur Police Provincial Office, 902nd Company of RMFB9 and 1st Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Force Company conducted joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok San Francisco, Brgy. Guinimanan, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur at 7:30 AM of September 24, 2020. The operation resulted in the arrest of Emeliano Caong Balubog, 58 years old, married and a resident of Purok San Francisco, Baragay Guinimanan, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Rape in relation to RA 7610 docketed under Criminal Case No. 2020-025 issued by Hon Ruben N. Bance, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur dated March 12, 2020 with no bail recommended.
He is now under the custody of Margosatubig MPS for proper disposition.
