Police personnel of Dapitan City Police Station (CPS) conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok Maasin Brgy. Talisay, Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte at 10:00 AM of September 24, 2020. The operation resulted in the arrest of Al Lethio Abordo, 26 years old and a resident of Brgy Sto Nino, Dapitan City.
He was arrested by Virtue Of Warrant Of Arrest for Violation of Sec 5 (b) of RA 7610 docketed under Criminal Case No. 23999, issued by Judge Jose Rene G. Dondoyano of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City dated June 3, 2020 with bail bond recommended amounting to ₱ 180,000.00.
He is now under the custody of Dapitan CPS for proper disposition.
