Police operatives of 2nd Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Mobile Force Company led by PLT. Dexter Dalena, 97th Infantry Battalion of Philippine Army and Sindangan Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Brgy. Titik, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte at 1:30 PM of September 27, 2020.
The operation resulted in the arrest of Martin E. Andus, 42 years old and a resident of said place by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Murder (2 Counts) docketed under Criminal Case Nos. S-4709 and S-4710 issued by Judge Reymar L. Lacaya of Branch 11 RTC 9, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte dated September 11, 2012 with no bail recommended.
He is now under the Custody of Sindangan MPS for proper disposition.
