Police operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 6 and RMFB9 conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Vista Homes, Brgy. Kasanyangan, Zamboanga City at about 9:50 PM of October 5, 2020. This resulted in the arrest of Mohammad Isa Gumampang Sakkam, 31 years old, male, married and a resident of Baliwasan Seaside, Brgy. Baliwasan, Zamboanga City.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Frustrated Murder, docketed under Criminal Case No. 44898, issued and signed by Presiding Judge, RTC 9th Judicial Region Branch 35, Zamboanga City dated June 22, 2020 with no recommended bail bond stated in the warrant.
He is now under the temporary custody of said police station for proper disposition.
