Police operatives of Pagadian City Police Station (CPS) conducted police operation (service of arrest warrant) at Brgy. Santa Lucia, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur at 12:05 PM of September 26, 2020. This resulted in the arrest of Hancel Tongco Boncal, 32 years old, male, single, and a resident of Km. 6, Base Camp, Maramag, Bukidnon, who was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Carnapping, docketed under Criminal Case No. 32871-18, issued by Acting Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 10th Judicial Region, Branch 10, Malaybalay City dated August 20, 2019 with no recommended bail bond.
He is now under the temporary custody of Pagadian CPS for proper disposition.
